We process and post orders twice weekly – please allow 2 to 6 days for delivery, they are worth waiting for. Allow 4 to 10 days for international orders.
We currently use Australia Post and Fastway Courier for all Australia deliveries and Australia Post Mail for international orders.
We want our customers to be completely happy with their purchase, but we understand that sometimes products can be damaged in transit. We are happy to replace any damaged goods or wrongly ordered items provided items are returned to confirm.

Items must be returned within 5 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to availability or stock.
We can only process a refund through your original payment method.
We will issue your refund within 5 business days of receiving your return. Please be aware that PayPal and your financial institution may take a further few days to complete the process.
While we make every attempt to ensure that the online store reflects the availability of stock sometimes an item shown to be available may be out of stock. If an item you order is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible and issue a full refund, if you prefer not to wait for the next production run.
